Q: I live in Brazil and need to program my holidays in advance. I'm interested on the tour 5-4472 (7-Day Yellowstone National Park, West Grand Canyon(Skywalk) Tour (Start/End in LA) **2 nights stay in Canyon Lodge inside Yellowstone Park**) for MARCH 2013. Unfortunately our Yellowstone tours do not start operating until late April or the begging of May.
The weather is not favorable during the month of March to take Yellowstone tours.

The alternate hotels cannot be confirmed; however, the most often booked hotel, if not Stratosphere, is usually Imperial Palace.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the Stratosphere will be the hotel used for the tour in 2 weeks.
However, the Stratosphere is booked for this tour approximately 98% of the time.
You can make a reservation online and leave a request in the comment section of your online reservation that you only want the tour if the Stratosphere is booked.
We will then only process the reservation and charge your card if the Stratosphere is available for your tour dates.

We do not currently offer airport pickup for our tour that begins in Las Vegas.
In order to join the tour, you will need to meet at the pickup location by 4:30pm.
Yes, a 3 year old is allowed on tour; however, the child's pricing for the tour applies.

Unfortunately, this tour will not be offered in mid or late October, as Yellowstone tours are seasonal and the last departure this year is October 3rd.
Yellowstone tours will begin again in late April or early May of 2013.

The price of $99 is per person for a room with double occupancy.
The price for one single traveler in their own room is $179.
We are able to offer lower pricing for more passengers in one room because they can absorb the costs by sharing them.
You can choose to set up a travel companion profile to see if you can find a passenger who would like to travel with you.

This particular tour will pick you up from the listed departure points and return you to this exact location and none of these locations are near to LAX. I would advise that you pick a different tour or tour date to ensure that you make your departure flight.
